Recently bought a new Jeep Cherokee, and if anyone knows these vehicles, they come with very few nooks or storage spots, let along decent surface area to eat on the go. Upon my Amazon search I came across this nifty cup holder tray, was quite intrigued, but didn’t want to spend $30 on it. After much contemplation I finally bit the bullet and bought it. THIS THING IS FREAKIN’ AWESOME! No, seriously, its awesome for vehicles like the Grand Cherokee. $30 well spent.

This company is really making an effort to fill a niche. I adapted this to be a notepad-holder. It still holds 1-2 beverage containers, too. The in-hole expander is 3-way, which even though my cup-holder hole (Honda CR-V) is not perfectly round, this does stay in pretty securely; I realign and tighten it about once a week, no problem. The top tray goes onto the unit only in one direction (I was hoping to flip it to use the flat surface), so it has a lip on the top-side about a half-inch high. So I cut into an insulite pad to the shape to compensate for the lip, and then clipped a small notepad onto it. This way, I can write — while keeping my eyes on the road — on paper that’s staying put (not balanced on my thigh, not so safe). I can still reach things on the console underneath the tray, and I can rotate the tray with just enough friction to stay put or move. My hydroflasks will stay mostly upright in the large/lower cup holder without tipping, and I’ve used the that hole for holding a mason-jar size glass or small vase of flowers enroute to spread some cheer. The upper holder is really only useful for an angled-small-base cup, like the shape of a regular to-go cup. It works for my needs, thank you!

My wife and i felt so joyous that Albert managed to finish off his web research through the entire ideas he gained while using the weblog. It is now and again perplexing to simply always be releasing instructions that many people might have been making money from. And we already know we’ve got the website owner to be grateful to because of that. Most of the explanations you have made, the simple web site navigation, the friendships you can make it possible to create – it’s many fantastic, and it is aiding our son in addition to our family believe that the idea is exciting, which is extremely serious. Thank you for the whole thing!
